| Biography | Alex Walus moves to attack in 2017, shoring up the scoring ranks from the offensive side of the field for the Green and White. Walus, a junior who played one year at NCAA Division III power Findley College, is the Spartan’s treasurer.. The talented attack will be a great addition to the high scoring Spartans. Walus might have the hardest shot on the team and will start at attack beginning next spring. “She has become a huge asset, said Greg Normand, MSU’s head coach. “Alex is a great addition to our attack group. She can shoot as hard as anybody on the team and I think we’re trying to do a few things to open up the field for her. As she gains confidence in her obvious offensive assets, she’s going to be a load for our opponents to try and stop.” |
